Bear Trail Lodge is a spectacular log cabin located in The Preserve Resort in Wears Valley. The Preserve Resort is the highest elevated resort in the Smoky Mountains, sitting at 1750 feet in elevation with views of Pigeon Forge Valley on one side of the house, and unforgettable mountain views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on the other. This luxurious 5 bedroom + Loft and 5 bath cabin features rustic mountain furniture, furnishings and new widescreen TVs and Entertainment systems. The spacious cabin will provide an unforgettable vacation for your family and friends! Boasting open and screened in decks with hot tub and comfy chairs this cabin is the perfect place to unwind, partake in the natural beauty of the National Park or enjoy the numerous attractions in nearby Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Townsend. Neighborhood overview
Located about 2 miles off Wears Valley Rd, Bear Trail Lodge is about 10 minutes away from the Metcalf Bottoms entrance to the National Park. Nearby amenities include; tubing rentals, rafting, zip line, trout fishing, horse back riding & biking. In Townsend you can bike the 8 mile loop trail to many historic sites. The Preserve in the closest cabin resort to the historic and must see Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge featuring entertaining dinner theaters, outlet shopping and theme park attractions like Dollywood, Wonder Works and the Titanic Museum is approximately a 20 to 25 minute drive. Nearby Gatlinburg offers the Ripleys Aquarium, Ober Gatlinburg Snow-skiing and Tubing Park as well as numerous restaurants and unique shops is about a 25-30 min drive. Rocky Top Retreat is your convenient mountain retreat for all that the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer, while staying far from all the mobs of tourists.
